Information and Pricing

When you book Starlight Grove you get the whole weekend!

You have the option to set up the day before, have your rehearsal and/or rehearsal dinner at Starlight Grove, and have the next morning to clean up. 

 

We also provide arbors, wine barrels, wood rounds, bars, candles, centerpieces, and other decor that is available for you to use free of charge.

Part of the fee covers the security team provided for your event that will help direct guests for parking, empty garbage cans throughout the night, and ensure the bathrooms are clean and stocked throughout your event.

Event Pricing:

 

The cost to hold an event at Starlight Grove is $40 per person up to 100 people and then $15 per person after that.

 

For smaller events, please contact us for pricing.

The cost to reserve your date is a $600 non-refundable deposit that goes toward your balance. The remaining balance is due 1 month before your event date.

Horse and Carriage Service:

​

On your wedding day, you have the option to use our beautiful horse-drawn carriage! The price for adding on this service starts at $450.

Photographer Sessions:

 

Our venue is also available for photographers to rent for photography sessions (paid client sessions, styled shoots, workshops, etc.) on weekdays and non-wedding weekends.
